TAKE NOTICE that the Saratoga County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at 4:30 p.m. at the Board of Supervisors Chambers, 40 McMaster Street, Ballston Spa, New York on a proposed local law “A LOCAL LAW AMENDING LOCAL LAW NO. 7 OF 1977, AS LAST AMENDED BY LOCAL LAW NO. 5 OF 1978, TO REQUIRE ROOM REMARKETERS TO COLLECT AND PAY TAX ON THEIR SALES OF ROOM OCCUPANCY IN SARATOGA COUNTY”.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that at this hearing, all persons wishing to speak will be heard. Copies of this proposed local law are available in the Office of the Clerk of the Board and on line.
