The Purchasing Department consists of Central Stores, Central Printing and Central Mail.
The Purchasing Department processes purchase orders, bids, and Requests for Proposals (RFP).
- To be placed on lists to receive bids and RFP's please contact the Purchasing Department @ 518-885-2210 with your company information (including address, telephone, fax) and product lines. Information may also be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
Central Stores carries office supplies for County/Town/Village use.
Central Printing takes care of the printing needs of all County departments as well as Towns/Villages.
Central Mail picks up, sorts, and delivers mail to County departments.
