Did you know that many different kinds of animals can transmit Ringworm to people?
Ringworm: If you adopt a new pet, especially a puppy or kitten, you should have it checked out by your veterinarian as soon as possible. This will help to identify any condition your new pet may have that could be transmitted to you or a family member – like ringworm. Always wash your hands after handling any pet.
