For recording documents, 8:00 am to 4:15 pm.

Directions to the County Clerk’s Office

From the north:

Take I-87 to Exit 13S.  After exit, go to first traffic light and turn right onto Malta Avenue.  Follow for approximately three miles into the Village of Ballston Spa.  At traffic light, take a left onto Milton Avenue.  Go three blocks and turn right onto McMaster Street.

OR, take Route 9N South to Saratoga Springs.  Go south on Route 50 into Village of Ballston Spa.  Turn right onto McMaster Street (the first block after East High Street.) The County Complex is on the right and our office is the entrance at the end of block.

From the south:

Take I-87 to Exit 12.  Go west on Route 67 for about 3.5 miles.  At junction of Routes 50 and 67, bear right onto Route 50.  Take fourth left onto McMaster Street.  The County Complex is on the right and our office is the entrance at the far end of the block.

From Northumberland, Town of Saratoga, etc.:

Take Route 29 west to Henning Road in Saratoga Springs. Go south on Henning to Union Avenue.  Turn left onto Union Avenue and go to I-87.  Take I-87 to Exit 13S.

After exit, go to first traffic light and turn right onto Malta Avenue.  Go approximately three miles into the Village of Ballston Spa.  At traffic light, turn left onto Milton Avenue.  Go three blocks and turn right onto McMaster Street.
