Reduce the number of persons killed or injured in alcohol and other drug-related traffic crashes.
To promote DWI prevention as a public priority.
Coordinate local efforts in Law Enforcement, Prosecution, Probation, Rehabilitation, Public Information, Education, and Administration.

The Saratoga County STOP DWI Program provides funding for the following:

Saratoga County High School & Junior High/Middle School SADD Programs

Anyone consuming alcohol or drugs (including marijuana) prior to the panel will be denied entry. All persons are subject to alcohol and/or drug testing prior to entry.

DWI Panel Registration Form

Starting on January 10^th 2023, the 2nd Tuesday of every month except February and August at 6:00 PM, the DWI Victim Impact Panel will be at the Paul E. Lent Public Safety Building, 6012 County Farm Rd., Ballston Spa. The panel will not be in session in February and August.
