The County Clerk is the official registrar of land-related legal documents, such as deeds, mortgages, satisfactions of mortgages, judgments and liens. A search of our land records dating back to 1791 can be done in our office or online. All deeds in Saratoga County are recorded in the Saratoga County Clerk’s Office. Deed filings must also include a completed TP-584 and RP-5217
