The Saratoga County Treasurer’s Office is the collector of delinquent property taxes for all parcels within the county except for those within the City of Saratoga Springs.

Current year city, town, and village taxes are due to the various towns or cities until April 1st. Delinquent Taxes are then due to the Saratoga County Treasurer after April 1st.

To inquire about delinquent property taxes, please submit your inquiry below. Inquiries submitted below are monitored, received, and replied to during normal business hours every business day usually within a few hours. If necessary, please call (518) 884-4724 for further assistance.

Our goal is to administer the Real Property Tax Law by providing technical and professional services to local municipalities, school districts, property owners, and other county departments. We serve as a liaison between NYS Office of Real Property Tax Services and local municipalities on Real Property Tax Administration.

Saratoga County is comprised of 19 towns, 2 cities, and 9 villages. This office performs many functions and duties which include, but are not limited to:

The County Clerk is the official registrar of land-related legal documents, such as deeds, mortgages, satisfactions of mortgages, judgments and liens. A search of our land records dating back to 1791 can be done in our office or online. All deeds in Saratoga County are recorded in the Saratoga County Clerk’s Office. Deed filings must also include a completed TP-584 and RP-5217

Saratoga County Assessment Database (SDG-Image Mate Online)

This database contains all Saratoga County real property information. Access is provided to the assessment database‚ tax maps‚ photos of real property and County tax information. Users may also compare assessments and sale prices to that of similar properties with an easy to use “comparable assessments” or “comparable sales” tool.

AEM is a voluntary, incentive-based program available to all farmers through their local Soil and Water Conservation District.
