NY-ALERT is a mass notification system available to all New York State agencies, municipalities and citizens of New York State for public safety messaging during times of emergency.
Visit NY-ALERT to sign up and receive public health alerts with regard to sewage spill notifications. Alerts can be received in the form of text message, Email or voice mail.
Visit the NYSDEC for general information and a video that provides step by step instructions on to how sign up to receive NY-Alert notifications.
